VISITATION OF THE SICK
THE SICK IN
Altinure will be visited on
Thursday due to a wedding on Friday.

BLESSING OF THE GRAVES
FOREGLEN – will
be held on Sunday 15th August.
ALTINURE – will
be held on Sunday 5th September.
ALTINURE CEMETERY –
We have seen a transformation of the cemetery
in the past few weeks. We will always be indebted
to the generous work and assistance of Paddy Mullan,
Thomas McReynolds, Thomas Hasson and James Forrester
– all under the expert guidance of Oliver Brolly.
The true test of any community is the test of mutual
respect. Respect for the dead is at the root of our
faith. The work in the Cemetery is a sure testimony
to that faith as it will be surely appreciated by
generations yet unborn in our Parish.

REQUIESCAT IN PACE
We offer our sympathy to
the family and friends of the late
Mary Muldoon,
Carnanbane. May she rest in peace.

for the enthusiasm and hard work of James Hasson and
Thomas Robinson. We are also grateful to Lawrence
O’Kane and Michael Lynch for facilitating this
work. The bell will be a call to prayer for centuries
as it has been for 150 years.

is hoped to be finished mid Summer.

CHERNOBYL CHILDREN

be fundraising to help with the Charity’s costs.
