THE BEAUTIFUL STAINED GLASS WINDOW IN
ST MARY’S, ALTINURE – is
admired by all, both visitor and parishioner
alike. The window is dedicated to “Mary,
Refuge of Sinners”. The years have taken
their toll and this necessitates the window
being removed and re-leaded. This will leave
the window intact and beautiful for future generations.
It is hoped that this can be carried out in
the next few weeks. It is a very specialized
job and will cost approximately £10,000.

tickets to areas which have not yet been covered..
