FIRST
HOLY COMMUNION

The
children from P4 in St Canice’s
will be making their First Holy Communion next
week, 8th June. Our Mass will be at 11.00am
again for this important occasion. This will
be our only Sunday Mass next week so everyone
is welcome.
Congratulations
to all the children from St Mary’s Altinure
who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday,
the first of many we hope. Thanks to the teachers
and parents and all involved in their preparation.
Thanks to all who provided refreshments in the
school afterwards.
ST PATRICK’S MISSIONARY SOCIETY
– We received a letter from St Patrick’s
Missionary Society thanking you for your kind
and generous welcome to Fr Con a few weeks back.
He enjoyed his short time in our parish and
thanked those who subscribed to ‘Africa’
magazine, joined Mission Circle or made contributions.
FOUND
– a watch has been found outside the St
Joseph’s. The owner can claim it from
